Ecosystem

3,046 builders in every state and federal territory, open to all Malaysians, strongest in Selangor and KL. 29 guilds, 11 ambassadors. KD Academy trains; KD Labs ships the products. A team of eleven in Kuala Lumpur.

Infrastructure

One persistent builder profile: digital resume, GitHub activity tracking, guilds, a sandbox to build in, a public showcase. Programme platforms that onboard, guide builds, take submissions and report live.

A hub in a university or TVET institute in every state

As the minimum: a KrackedDevs student club on campus that runs its own sessions, not a one-off workshop. Universities today (Sunway, UTM, UMS); TVET campuses next, with MARA's institutes, polytechnics and community colleges. All thirteen states by mid-2027.

The community is open to everyone. With MARA we can also run Bumiputera-focused cohorts inside the same track.

Four things on the table.

AI Builders Day, hosted by you

One day at a local university or community hall in the Jelajah AI format: non-coders leave with a live website. Then six free weekly online sessions and a local builder guild with a KD ambassador. Repeatable in any district.

A TVET AI builder track

With MARA's institutes, polytechnics and community colleges: a builder hub on one TVET campus per state, run as a student club with weekly sessions, a KD ambassador and instructor training. The track is the one that already works: a one-day build, six weeks of Vibecoding 101, a capstone that ships. Open to all Malaysians; Bumiputera-focused cohorts through MARA.

A builder day inside a ministry

Proposals went to the Minister of Defence and ATM Health Services in April 2026. The smallest first step, anywhere: one AI builder day for the ministry's own people or veterans, then a track for those who want more.

AI training for government, for a fee

Any ministry, state government or agency: a one-day AI-for-work session for staff, or a multi-week builder track, delivered by KD Academy on site anywhere in the country, on a fee basis.
